ADROIT aims to understand the Online Platforms individual needs in order to minimize compliance-costs arising with Art. 21 DSA.

The dispute Resolution by ADROIT under Art. 21 DSA is in principle free of charge for the User of the Online-Platform. However, ADROIT reserves the Right to charge fees to the Customer in cases where the complaint was manifestly raised in bad faith.
