ADROITs Fee Model adheres to the principles outlined in Art. 21 Digital Services Act. Please find the Fees applying to providers of Online-Platforms below.

ADROIT aims to understand the Online Platforms individual needs in order to minimize compliance-costs arising with Art. 21 DSA. Hence, ADROIT offers tailored packages depending on size and expected case-load of Online-Platforms.
The dispute Resolution by ADROIT under Art. 21 DSA is in principle free of charge for the User of the Online-Platform. However, ADROIT reserves the Right to charge fees to the Customer in cases where the complaint was manifestly raised in bad faith.

Itemised Package
Providers that wish to be covered legally for now without committing to a set number of pre-paid dispute resolutions.- One time on-Boarding Fee: 2.500 €
- Access to Case-Management-System
- Including no pre-paid cases
- No fixed annual Fee
- All cases to be charged on an itemised basis, starting from € 400.
Basic Package
Providers of small platforms with moderate amount of customers that expect low numbers of complaints.- One time on-Boarding Fee: 2.500 €
- Access to Case-Management-System
- Including 20 pre-paid cases.
- Total annual Fee: € 5.000
- Excess cases to be subsequently charged at €300.00 per decision.
Standard Package
Providers of medium-sized platforms that have experienced a moderate numbers of complaints over the past years- One time on-Boarding Fee: 2.500 €
- Access to Case-Management-System
- Including 50 pre-paid cases.
- Total annual Fee: € 11.250
- Excess cases to be subsequently charged at €275,00 per decision.
Medium Package
Providers of online platforms that have experienced average numbers of complaints over the past years- One time on-Boarding Fee: 2.500 €
- Access to Case-Management-System
- Including 100 pre-paid cases.
- Total annual Fee: € 20.000
- Excess cases to be subsequently charged at € 250,00 per case.
Large Package
Providers of large online platforms that have experienced moderate numbers of complaints over the past years- One time on-Boarding Fee: 2.500 €
- Access to Case-Management-System
- Including 1000 pre-paid cases.
- Total annual Fee: € 175.000
- Excess cases to be subsequently charged at € 225,00 per case.
VLOP Package
Providers of very large platforms (VLOPs) that have experienced high numbers of complaints over the past year- One time on-Boarding Fee: 2.500 €
- Access to Case-Management-System
- Including 10.000 pre-paid cases.
- Total annual Fee: € 1.500.000
- Excess cases to be subsequently charged at € 175,00 per case.
Non-Subscriber Fee
Providers of Online-Platforms that have not subscribed to ADROITs Services.- No Access to Case-Management-System
- Fee for inadmissibility Decision: € 300
- Fee in case of immediate remedy after case has been opened: € 250
- Administrative Fee for initial complaint handling and opening: € 100
